Mr. Roshan Pokharel is an advocate, internet rights activist.  Mr. Pokharel has served as a board member of the Internet Society Nepal Chapter. He has advised Governments, Private and International organizations on Internet Governance and Cybersecurity and Digital Media Culture. He has presented papers in Global IGF and participated and actively engaged in regional and national IG events. He is a member of the Just Net coalition and also involved in SIG Dynamic Coalition. He lives in Patan.
