Former Deputy Inspector General 

Dr. Rajib Subba is a former Deputy Inspector General who served in the police force for the 19 years. As his interest in in social median and communications and crisis informatics, he worked as Director of Communication Directorate of PHQ. He has an interdisciplinary work experiences from Radio Telecommunication and ICT in public administration to national ITC policy to regional e-Business initiatives to teaching, research & capacity building and media and publication with national and international agencies.
